Showing up, giving back and supporting organizations that make a difference in the lives of others is deeply important to the AP Signature Homes team. Through hands-on volunteering, financial and in-kind contributions, and ongoing partnerships, we make it a priority to invest in causes that uplift families and strengthen communities in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

The Great North Pole

AP Signature Homes’ partnership with The Great North Pole began in 2019 — and it’s become a tradition we look forward to each year. This incredible organization provides gifts and essentials to families facing hardship during the holiday season.

Each year, our team purchases a table at the organization’s annual gala, volunteers time at the packing facility and personally delivers gift boxes to families in need. Being part of this effort allows us to connect directly with our community and, just maybe, bring a little bit of joy to others during the holiday season.

Unseen

Proud to stand with Unseen against human trafficking.

We were introduced to Unseen through their annual Fall Fire gala, and their work stuck with us. Human trafficking isn’t just a problem somewhere else. It happens right here in our region, often out of sight. Unseen fights it at the root by working to stop exploiters, create livelihoods for vulnerable people, and help survivors build lives of freedom and impact.

There are many nonprofits fighting for worthy causes. One reason we chose Unseen is that their administrative expenses are covered by a special donation, so every dollar you give goes straight to the mission.

As a proud Unseen Guardian, AP Signature Homes supports that mission year-round. We build homes where families feel safe, and we believe every person deserves that same safety and freedom.
